William N. Curcio, a 25-year veteran of the large-risk and national accounts marketplace, is the president of ACE Risk Management. Named to this position in July 1999, Mr. Curcio is responsible for the National Accounts, National Excess Worker’s Compensation, Construction and Wrap-Up products and services.
Prior to joining ACE USA, Mr. Curcio served as Senior Vice President, heading up the Northeast Region of Reliance National Insurance Company from 1994 to 1999. Before joining Reliance, he served as Corporate Vice President with AIG Risk Management, overseeing New York operations from 1989 to 1994. Prior to his work with AIG, Mr. Curcio served as a sales and then regional Underwriting Manager for CNA National Accounts from 1982 to 1989.
Mr. Curcio began his insurance career as an intern with The Hartford, then moved on to work for the Insurance Company of North America in the New York office, where he served for four years from 1978 to 1982.
